Critical Thinking: The Soul of Communication

 How do you see communication and critical thinking impacting your future role as a leader in the workplace? (150-200 words)

[My Summary] I feel that excellent communication is an important skill for my future as a leader because I believe that an outstanding leader needs to have the ability to influence people working under or around his care. Communication with critical thinking in leadership is the key to bringing people together and giving positive influence which results in a good working environment and workplace relationships. Critical thinking plays an important part in being a great leader as you [1]need to be able to notice and predict opportunities, problems, and solutions. [2] The ability in gathering, understanding, and interpreting data and other information.[3] Able to conclude base on relevant data, information, and personal knowledge and experience.[4] Ability to share and receiving information with others verbally, non-verbally, and write in. [5] The ability in process of gathering, analyzing, and communicating information to identify and troubleshoot solutions. All these collected attributes are important to be an outstanding leader, I always tell myself that with the leadership of an outstanding leader projects/task will always meet its deadline or objectives with the shortest and efficient manner, which communication with critical thinking play a huge role in it.
